What are Automated Workflows?

‍Automated workflows are document management tool consisting of a series of actions that can be applied to your documents in the Wisedocs platform to rearrange and customize the final outputs to reflect how you need your records sorted. During the onboarding process, we customize your workflows to meet your specific needs. When documents are uploaded to the Wisedocs platform, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is used to index and summarize each page. These documents are then available in the wisedocs platform, where the workflows can be easily applied to organize them in the most efficient way for you and your specific needs. Our workflows utilize key terms and cutting-edge AI technology within the index and summaries, to be able to organize records into the desired outcome. With our automated workflows, no alterations are final. Our team makes it easy to adjust, modify, or update your desired workflows and outputs overtime.
