Wisedocs is thrilled to welcome Jocelyn Brown as our Senior Vice President of Customer Success. With 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Jocelyn has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing customer success teams that drive value, increase retention, and foster long-term customer relationships. We’re excited to welcome Jocelyn to the team and look forward to seeing her leadership enhance our customer success initiatives. 

Strengthening Customer Success and Value at Wisedocs

Jocelyn Brown joins Wisedocs following a successful career in the B2B SaaS industry, leading customer success teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience for marketing automation and revenue performance management software. Prior to joining Wisedocs, Jocelyn led customer success at Hypercontext, driving growth and retention strategies. She previously held senior roles at Allocadia, Oracle, and Eloqua, overseeing customer success, revenue operations, and global enablement. With deep expertise in B2B SaaS and scalable success programs, she brings a proven track record of fostering customer loyalty and driving business growth within the tech industry.

At Wisedocs, Jocelyn is focused on enhancing customer relationships, delivering strategic leadership, and ensuring our customers get the most out of our artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions. She is passionate about building scalable success programs, fostering customer loyalty, and helping organizations streamline their claims document processes. The addition of Jocelyn Brown comes at an exciting time for Wisedocs. In the past few months, we’ve launched new features like WiseChat and Custom Reports, simplifying claims document processing, and showcased our technology at Legal AI Demo Day. Building on our momentum from 2024, we successfully closed an oversubscribed $12.7 million Series A funding round and secured an additional $4.5 million in growth capital from CIBC Innovation Banking, investments that will help us expand our reach, support more clients, and continuously improve our platform. We’re proud to celebrate our team’s hard work, which has earned us industry recognition and key accolades along the way.

With Jocelyn’s expertise, we’re deepening our commitment to customer success and long-term client relationships as we continue to grow.
