Here at Wisedocs, we’re excited to share our recent scaling, and with that, our leadership team is expanding as well. We’re thrilled to announce that Stacy Collins has recently joined the team as our new Vice President of Customer Operations. Stacy brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare documentation, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board as we enter our Series A phase.

Introducing Our New VP of Customer Operations

Stacy started out as a medical transcriptionist and quickly moved up the ladder. She’s held various roles in quality assurance, auditing, and team leadership, managing operations for clients in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. For the past decade, she’s been focused on medicolegal documentation, leading global operations in independent medical evaluations (IME) and legal transcription, document indexing, and medical summarization.

In 2021, Stacy co-presented at the Healthcare Documentation Integrity Virtual Conference, sponsored by the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI). She’s been recognized for her dedication to improving processes and creatively responding to customer needs, earning her the Outstanding Sales Support Award.

Stacy loves mentoring her team and exploring new technologies to make a real difference in the medicolegal and IME markets. She enjoys working closely with different departments, making documentation review simpler and more valuable for everyone.

Stacy’s clinical and business expertise in the medicolegal and IME markets bring a unique perspective to team management and the future of Wisedocs. Her industry insights enable our team to deeply understand and honor our customers' requirements, ensuring we meet their requests with enthusiasm and precision. With the Customer Success team growing, we are confident in her ability to steer our team to new heights with her leadership and expertise.

Her expertise and enthusiasm are a perfect match for Wisedocs as we continue to grow and innovate, particularly with our AI Medical Record Summary Platform and the recent appointment of our CTO, Itay Mishan. Outside of work, Stacy tunes into her artistic and creative side. She spends her time watercolour painting, cooking, gardening, and reading. Stacy is also an avid traveller as she takes advantage of the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota by RVing, hiking, and biking. Married for over 30 years, she is a proud mom to two sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and an adorable Frenchie. Stacy is also a vocalist on her worship team, where she enjoys music, singing, and playing the guitar.Welcome aboard, Stacy!
